Water, Sewer, & Garbage Services
The Town of Rockford Public Works Department manages the water and sewer services within town limits.
Garbage service is provided by third-party Empire Disposal from Colfax, WA. Garbage services are coordinated by Town Hall and will be included on your monthly utility bill.
Electric Service
Electric service is provided and billed by Avista Utilities. Please contact them directly to coordinate service.
Town of Rockford - Utility Billing
The Town utility bill is prepared on the last day of each month with payment due by the 20th of the month following the billing cycle. Utility bills include water, sewer, and garbage services.
